Flaring
for Triple-Lok FIttings
Step 1: Measure the tube O.D. and wall thickness for proper
die and pin selection.
Dual Function Die Set
Step 2: Select the die set and flaring pin matching the tube
O.D. and wall thickness of your tube from the chart on
page 7. The die set is stamped with the tube O.D. and
the pin is stamped with both the tube O.D. and wall
thickness.
Step 3: Open the swing arm to expose die cavity and main
spindle head.
