4.5 Visual inspection
Inspect all product components after each cleaning and disin-
fection. Replace any broken, misshapen or seriously
discoloured parts.
4.6 Drying and storage
• Place all parts on a dry, clean and absorbent surface and let
them dry completely.
• Wrap the nebuliser in a clean, lint-free cloth (e.g., a tea-
towel) and keep it in a dry, dust-free environment.

HYGIENIC RE-USE IN THE PROFESSIONAL
ENVIRONMENT
5.1 General
NOTICE
Ensure that the system is processed for re-use only with the
application of adequately validated device- and product-spe-
cific procedures, and that the validated parameters are main-
tained during each cycle. The equipment used must be main-
tained regularly.
Follow the schedule defined below for hygienic re-use:
– Single patient use:
Clean the nebuliser and the accessories used
after every
