TROUBLE DISPLAY [TRBL]

10 different trouble conditions can be displayed on the keypad. When
trouble conditions occur, the display reads “trouble”, press

.

Also, if programmed by your installer, keypad sounder will beep. If
there is a power supply failure, the display will alternate between

” and the system status message.

The display will show which trouble conditions are currently tak-
ing place. Pressing on any key will return the keypad to normal
zone display.

Trouble 1 

No battery/low battery

If the battery is not connected to the panel, or if it is at low capacity,

” appears in the display. The battery connected

to the panel should be replaced, because it can no longer provide
adequate back-up current in the event of a power failure. The trou-

will also

be displayed if battery voltage drops to 10.5 volts while

the control panel is running on battery power (with no AC).

Key Access Programming

Several 

control panel 

features can be programmed quickly on

the keypad, without entering any programming addresses or sec-
tion numbers. Select “one-key access” programming by pressing

single key (listed below) corresponding to the feature you wish to
activate. Verify first with your installer that all of the features list-
ed have been programmed and activated on your control panel.
