THE FRAME

CONNECT UPPER FRAME AND CANOPY TO LOWER FRAME
STEP 7
Attach a second upright
support to upper
components
–
Use same basic procedure as in STEP 3 to add a second upright support,
(Item #9), to the first. Repeat process for all four corners. Secure each
connection with the self threading 5/16” bolts provided.
STEP 8
Connect upper and lower
components

Connect assembled upper portion to the frame base by placing assembled
upright supports into corresponding lower corners. Secure each connection
with the self threading 5/16” bolts provided.
STEP 9
Install Padding (pipe
insullation)
–
Wrap all the front straight pieces of the frame assembly (points A to B and
B to C and C to D) with 1 and 7/8ths inch padding. There will be 2 thicker 2
and 3/8 inch long pieces left over for the screen to be installed later..
STEP 10
Connect canopy to front
sides and bottom
–
Wrap sides of canopy around adjacent upright members of the frame
assembly (points B to A and C to D). Cinch all snap connector belts as tight
as possible along these upright members. Canopy material will go around the
padding.

Connect straps to bottom frame from A to E and D to H.
