Rename a voice note
You have the option of renaming a voice note, or assigning it to a different category.
1. On the Home screen, press the left soft key
[Start]
[All Programs]
,
then left soft key
[More]
and
select
Organizer
and select
Voice Note
and press
OK
.
2. Select the voice note to rename.
3. Press
[Menu]
then select
Rename
and press
OK
.
4. Enter a new name.
5. Press
[Done]
.
Notepad
Using Notepad, you can create memos for important things, and manage them.
To access Notepad:
On the Home screen, press the
[Start]
[All Programs]
soft key and select
[Organizer] [Notepad]
.
Creating a memo
1. Press
the
New
soft key.
2. Enter the memo text and press the
Done
soft key.
Viewing a memo
To view memo details, select the memo you want from the list.
Sending a memo
You can send your notes as part of a SMS or e-mail message.
1. Scroll to the memo you want.
2. Press the
Menu
soft key and select
Send via E-mail or Send via Text Message.
3. Compose and send a message.
Deleting a memo
1. Scroll to the memo you want.
2. Press
the
Menu
soft key and select
Delete
.
3. Press
the
OK
soft key to confirm the deletion.
Calculator
Using the calculator
Perform standard mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
1. On the Home screen, press the left soft key
[Start]
[All Programs]
,
then left soft key
[More]
and
select
Organizer
and press
OK
.
2. Select
Calculator
and press
OK.
3. Enter a number using the keypad.
4. Press the right soft key
Menu
and choose the type of calculation to perform and Equals to perform
the operation, then click
OK
.
TIP:
Press * to enter a decimal.
Use the Navigation Key to display the available mathematical symbols: up for plus (+), down for minus (-),
right for division (/), and left for multiplication (x).
You can also press the # key to cycle through the operators to perform a calculation.
Press the Cancel key briefly to clear the last digit entered.
Press the left soft key
Clear
to clear the display.
