EDID Management
Before a source can send picture and sound to a display device, the source reads the EDID (Extended Display
Identification Data) structure, which is stored in the display. The EDID contains information about what type of video
and audio formats are supported by the display. The AT-UHD-SW-51 can use either the downstream EDID (from the
display/sink), and stored, or use a built-in EDID preset.
