Before asking for repairs, check the symptoms with the following table.
Contact your dealer if a problem cannot be solved even after checking and trying the solution in the
table or a problem is not described below.

When using a tested PoE injector for power supply

Are the tested PoE injector and the RJ45 female con-
nector (cable coupler) connected using an Ethernet
cable (category 5e or better)?
Check whether the connection is appropriately
established.

Depending on the tested PoE injector, the power sup-
ply will stop when the demanded power exceeds its
power limit.
Refer to the operating instructions of the tested PoE
injector in use.

When using AC power supply
• Is the power cable connected firmly to power that
meets the required specifications?
Check whether the connection is appropriately estab-
lished.
• Is the waterproof power supply connector attached
to the camera firmly?
Check if it is attached correctly and firmly.
The camera does not
move to the preset
positions accurately.
• When the preset positions become inaccurate during
use, it is possible to correct the positions by executing
the position refresh function.
In addition, when “Position refresh” is set for the cre-
ated schedule, the camera position will be corrected
periodically. In some situations, reconfigure the preset
positions.

When the camera is
panning/tilting, the
camera stops
panning/tilting.
• The camera position may have become inaccurate.
Carry out the refresh position function from the
[Default reset] tab of the “Maintenance” page of the
setup menu.

panning unpredict-
ably.
• This may be caused by noise.
Check the exogenous noise level around the camera.
Streaks remain on
the front glass sur-
face even after the
wipers are used.
• The wiper is not in contact with the front glass, or the
wiper rubber is deteriorated.
Check if the wipers and the front glass are in contact.
Contact your dealer to obtain and replace with the
wiper rubber replacement part (PGVF2808ZAC1).
