Connecting to other equipment
Using the External Flash (optional)
After attaching the external flash, the effective range will be increased when compared to
the camera’s built in flash.
Preparations: Turn off the camera and close the built-in flash.

Using the dedicated flash (DMW-FL360; optional)
Attach the dedicated flash to the hot
shoe

and then turn on the camera and
the dedicated flash.

While the external flash is connected, the following icons are

You can take up to 3 pictures by keeping the shutter button pressed down.

Depending on the extra flash you use or the recording conditions, you cannot take pictures in
this mode or the amount of light may become insufficient for the second or subsequent
pictures.
