interrupted, and the necessary folder ( "Tools\Dotnet" on the CD-ROM) will open automatically

Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 and Security update for Windows 2000 (KB835732) are 
required.
Install KB835732 from Microsoft download site before installing " Microsoft .NET Framework 
2.0 ".
