Quick Start
When this feature is activated, you can resume recording quickly even if the
Palmcorder goes into standby mode (when left in Pause mode for 5 minutes).
Palmcorder will be ready for shooting in approximately 1.5 seconds when the
Power switch is turned [OFF] and back to [ON] again. To activate this feature,
press the [QUICK START] button to turn on the Quick Start Lamp.
However, this feature will not work under the following conditions even if the
Quick Start Recording Lamp is on:
≥
If there is no tape inserted while Palmcorder is set to Tape mode.
≥
If there is no card inserted while Palmcorder is set to Card mode.
If the [QUICK START] Button is pressed and held for approximately
2 seconds while the Quick Start Lamp is on, the lamp will go off and the
power will completely be turned off.
Also, if the Palmcorder is not operated for approximately 30 minutes while the
Quick Start Recording Lamp is on, the lamp will go off and the power will
completely be turned off.
If the battery is replaced while in the Quick Start mode, the Quick Start mode
is retained.
During the Automatic White Balance Mode, the color may be recorded
unnaturally at the beginning of the recording.
The zoom magnification differs from when it is in the Recording Pause mode
and when the recording starts.
