Veggie Burgers

1. Place mushrooms, onion, garlic and butter in a bowl on the
glass turntable and cook on
HIGH MICROWAVE
for 5mins.
2. Add 100g (4oz) breadcrumbs and the nuts to the mushroom
and add enough egg to bind the mixture
3. Divide into four and roll into balls. Dip the balls in the
remaining breadcrumbs mixed with sesame seeds and make
into burger shapes. Place on metal tray and cook on

1. Put butter, onion, celery and herbs in bowl. Place on glass
turntable and cook on
HIGH MICROWAVE
for 3 mins to
soften.
2. Add the nuts, tomatoes, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and chilli to
the onion mixture. Stir well and then add the eggs. Mix to an
even consistency.
3. Spoon the mixture into the loaf dish and smooth the top. Place
on metal tray and cook on

180°C + SIMMER
for 30 mins. Garnish with watercress.
