Gravy
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
meat or poultry drippings
3 tbsp
fl
our
1 cup (240 ml)
stock
salt
&
pepper
Method:
Scrape drippings from roasting dish into
the 2-quart bowl. Stir
fl
our into dripping
and then gradually blend in stock. Place
on Oven Cavity Floor and cook on
P10
for 2-3 minutes stirring halfway through.
Season and serve.
Soft Fruit Jam
Serves approx. 1

Ingredients:
1 lb (450 g)
soft fruit, washed

cups (450 g) granulated sugar
2 tbsp (30 ml)
lemon juice
1 tsp
butter
Method:
Place all ingredients in a 2-quart bowl
and stir. Place on Oven Cavity Floor
and cook on
P10
for 5 minutes, stirring
every 30 seconds. Continue to cook on
P10
in one minute intervals until sugar
has dissolved. Push down any sugar
crystals from around the bowl. Bring
mixture to a boil and continue to cook
on
P10
until setting point is reached
- approx. 15-25 minutes. Test regularly
for setting point.
