Chicken Soup
Serves: 5 cups
Ingredients:
1 lb (0.5 kg)
chicken breast,
boneless, skinless
3 cups (750 ml) chicken broth

celery stalks, cut-up
1 carrots,
diced

onion
1 bay
leaves

ground pepper
salt
to
taste
Method:
Put all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole.
Cover with a lid. Cook at
P7
for 10
minutes and at
P3
for 1

~ 2 hours,
(more liquid may be added during
cooking if required) or until chicken is
tender. Cut chicken into pieces and
return to broth. Remove bay leaves and
onion before serving.
