oregano

Method:
1. Cook the

nely sliced onions and garlic in a bowl,
with the olive oil, for 3 to 4 minutes on 1000 W.
Leave to cool.
2. Using your hands, spread out the dough in the
greased metal tray without making a raised edge.
3. Spread on the sauce, onions, oregano and
season, covering all the dough well.
4. Fill water tank. Preheat on Convection 220 °C.
Place metal tray in middle shelf position and cook
on Convection 220 °C for 15 minutes.
5. Then add other ingredients according to taste,
cheese, anchovies, olives, bacon pieces etc. and
continue cooking on Convection 220 °C for
8 to10 minutes with a Steam shot for 3 minutes
at the start of this cooking stage.
