8.12. Replacement of Heater (water
heater)
*Include replacement of Sensor
U, Heater switch plate,
Connector lead wire DU
1. After performing the procedure for Replacement of Outer
tub cover (8.9.2), keep the Body joint plate B in
Replacement of Motor (8.3.4) in removed condition.
2. Remove 2 nuts and remove the Earth terminal tightened
with the nuts. And remove the 2 Clamping bands to
separate the connectors.
*Please tighten the nut until the bolt extends to 14 mm.
3. Tilt the body down to the left. The body surface will touch
the floor, so be sure to use the Protective sheet before
tilting it down.
4. Remove 2 Clamping bands and 2 screws.
5. Remove 4 connectors.
