8.11. Hal sensor U, Circulation
pump, Drain pump and
Separator.
8.11.1.
Replacement of SF switch U (Hall
sensor U)
1. Follow the procedure for replacement of Controller(Power
side) (8.4.1), remove 3 connectors for the SF switch
U(Hall sensor U), Circulation pump and Drain pump from
the Controller (Power side).And remove 3 Clamping
bands fixing the lead wire, 1 Circulation pump connector,
2 Drain pump terminals and 1SF switch U(Hall sensor U)
fixing screw.
8.11.2.
Replacement of Circulation pump
1. Tilt the Controller (Power side) down (*refer to the
Replacement of Damper (8.5.1)), and remove 2
Circulation pump fixing screws and the Separator side of
the Suction hose A.

Replacement of Drain pump and
Separetor After taking out
Separator Assembly (Sep
Drain pump) from Base, remove
Drain pump from Separator.
1. Remove Service hose BU and Drain hose B from
Separator.
2. Remove Discharge hose A and Discharge hose C on the
Outer tub cover. ( both two hoses is connecting to
Circulation pump)
3. Remove 1 Separator fixing screw and take out the
Separator Assembly from Base.
4. Remove 3 Drain pump fixing screw and take out the Drain
pump from Separator.
