2.2 Class of Service
Each mailbox is assigned a Class of Service (COS) that determines the set of services that are available to its
subscriber. There are 64 classes. Mailboxes can be assigned to their own or to the same COS as needed.
COS No. 63 and 64 are assigned by default to the Message Manager and to the System Manager, respectively.
No other mailboxes can be assigned to COS No. 63 and 64.
Follow the steps below to edit a Class of Service.
[Editing a COS]
1.
Select the desired COS No. from the
Class of Service Number
pull-down menu.
2.
Edit each parameter in the dialog box.
3.
Click
OK
.
[Copying Settings from One COS to Another COS]
1.
Select the desired COS No. to copy, and press
Copy
.
2.
The
Copy Class of Service
window is displayed. Check the items to copy, and select the destination COS
number. (Ctrl/Shift key is available to choose several mailbox COS numbers.)
3.
Click
Copy
