Speed Dialling—Personal/System
Description
An extension user can make calls using abbreviated dialling for frequently dialled numbers which are stored
in the PBX extension data, or the PBX system data.
Personal Speed Dialling is also known as Station Speed Dialling.
Conditions
[General]
•
Any number (e.g., telephone number, feature number) can be stored in a speed dialling number. A
name can be assigned to each Personal Speed Dialling number through personal programming, and
System Speed Dialling number.

Call Directory—Speed Dialling
Display PT users can make a call by selecting stored names on the display.

Display Lock
An extension user can lock the Personal Speed Dialling number display to prevent the numbers from
being viewed at any extension through personal programming (Display Lock). In this case, the
Incoming/Outgoing Call Log displays and the SVM Log display are also locked, and the voice messages
in the user's message box cannot be played back. An extension personal identification number (PIN) is
required to use this feature. (

TRS/Barring Override by System Speed Dialling
It is possible to override the TRS/Barring using the System Speed Dialling. (

System Speed Dialling Display by AUTO DIAL/STORE Button
Pressing the AUTO DIAL/STORE button on a display DPT while on-hook can display the System Speed
Dialling Directory.
