Setting or canceling the Built-in Voice Message function
To set the voice message function
• You can record or delete an OGM only when no one else is using this feature such as
replaying/recording/deleting a voice message or an OGM. If you try to record an OGM when
someone else is using this feature, you will hear a reorder tone, and
OGM BUSY
will be
indicated on the display (for Digital Proprietary Telephone user only).
• If an OGM is not stored for your personal message box, an incoming call cannot be
forwarded. Your extension will ring.
• If you set this feature, dial tone 2 will sound when you go off-hook.
• This feature cancels other types of Call Forwarding, Do Not Disturb (DND) and Do Not
Disturb (DND) for Intelligent Call Handling 1:1 Call.
