The optional built-in Voice Message Card (KX-TD61291) provides various
messaging applications simply and easily.

The Voice Message Card can:
•
Provide simple voice mail and automated attendant functions.
•
Provide 60 min worth of total recording time, including customer-
recordable greeting messages.
•
Support simultaneous access from 2 callers (however, the access
through DISA will be limited to 1).
For advanced users, Panasonic Voice Processing System (KX-TVP50) is
recommended because it will provide far more flexible messaging functions.
Personal Mailbox Access
When the user is busy or
unavailable, callers can leave
messages in the personal mailbox.
When the message is left in the
mailbox, the message waiting lamp
on the Digital System Telephone will
lit, and the call log is shown on the
Digital System Telephone display.
Company Message Box
The Company Message Box will prompt the caller with a proper greeting to
record a message. The messages left in the Company Message Box can be
retrieved later on by the operator.

Simple Automated Attendant
The Automated Attendant feature will guide the callers with pre-recorded
messages. Following the guidance, the callers can access the desired
destinations by one-digit dialling without the assistance of a live operator.
