This selection is effective only when Color Graphics or Color Photo is
selected.
S
Most appropriate Dithering mode may be automatically selected according
to the print style, print quality and printer memory you have selected.
Notes:
B
When Color Graphics is selected in the Print Style, Dithering mode is
available for all print quality selections.
B
When Color Photo is selected in the Print Style, Dithering mode is available
only for 600 dpi and 1200 dpi print quality selections.
B
If the error message “Memory Overflow” appears when Default or Dither B is
selected, change the selection to Dither A. With Dither A selected, memory
overflow may not occur.

Print quality
Selects a print quality. Fast (300 dpi), Standard (600 dpi) or High quality
(1200 dpi) can be selected. A higher resolution provides better print quality.
However, the throughput speed is diminished.
When Presentation is selected in the Print style, print quality cannot be
selected and 300 dpi is automatically assigned.
