Add Button
To add a user profile for a single extension, click the
button to open the Add User Wizard. See

Edit Button
To edit information on an individual user level, select a user from the list by clicking on the row of the user
to edit, then clicking the button to open the Add User Wizard with the selected user’s information filled
in. See

Delete Button
To delete users:
1.
Check the box(es) next to the user’s name(s) and click the button.
2.
A confirmation message will appear. Click
OK
.
3.
The user’s information is deleted from the list.

Add Range Button
To add multiple user profiles for a range of extensions at one time, click the
button. See

In order to edit the settings of the
Unified Message
tab by clicking the button, you must be logged
in to the PBX with the associated UM Group that your mailbox is assigned to. If you are logged in to a
PBX that is different from the PBX with the associated UM Group of your mailbox, the following items
will be greyed out:
