Watching DVD Video (WinDVD)
WinDVD is a software application for DVD playback.
Here you will find explanations and general information on precautions to take.

You can run WinDVD using either of the following procedures:
z
Double-click the
icon on the desktop.
z
Click [start] - [All Programs] - [InterVideo WinDVD] - [InterVideo WinDVD].
DVD-Audio cannot played back on WinDVD.
Do not start WinDVD under the following conditions:
z
While the hard disk drive indicator
is blinking immediately after the computer is turned
on.
While WinDVD is running, do not perform the following:
z
Entering the standby or hibernation mode
z
Switching the display by pressing the
Fn
+
F3
key
z
Turning off the DVD-ROM & CD-R/RW drive power
If performing the operations described above, shut down WinDVD, then restart.
During video playback, do not perform the following:
z
Ejecting the disk
z
Using other applications or the Command Prompt
z
Changing the settings of the screen properties
z
Turning off the DVD-ROM & CD-R/RW drive power
If performing the operations described above, shut down WinDVD, then restart.
