7.4 Hydraulic system
Connection to the hydraulic system and the
system itself must be performed by qualified
personnel, in compliance with the laws and reg-
ulations in force in the country of installation.
The appliance is supplied with everything neces-
sary for installation on the heating system.
Make sure that all the control and safety devices
have been installed correctly, including those
supplied (safety valves and thermal discharge).
MAXIMUM OPERATING PRESSURE: 2.5 bar.
The system must be designed in such a
way as to absorb the minimum power
of the appliance in any operating
condition.
It is good practice to clean the system
before rendering it operative.
In order to always ensure high efficiency and
durability of the appliance, it is recommended,
in the presence of hard water (18-30 °F), to use a
softener. If necessary use an anti-algae additive
for the technical water.
7.4.1 Hydraulic connections
• Connect the appliance to the heating system
by means of the flow (
A
) and return hoses (
B
).
• Set up a non-returnable drain pipe, of suitable
diameter, to which to connect the drain of the
safety valve (
C
).
