Log files with measured data
The data from each measurement is saved in log files.
Storage location:
Desktop > PMFT1000 > Reports > LOG

The software creates one log file for each mask type and month. Each log
file consists of a header and one or more data lines. Each data line contains
the data from one measurement.
Fields for which no measured data is available are designated as NaN
(Not a Number).
