Glass Media Installation
There are two bags of crushed glass media supplied with the fireplace. The smaller bag is to cover the
burner directly, and the other larger bag is for the area surrounding the burner. You will have left over
Glass Media.
Spread a single layer of crushed
glass media over the entire burner
surface. Too much crushed glass
covering the burner can cause
sooting and affect flame appearance.
If desired, spread additional
glass media to decorate the area
surrounding the burner.
Note: If the Optional Light
Kit has been installed,
the perforated mesh area
surrounding the burner must
be covered with crushed glass
and not the Burner Panels.
Remove panel first. This will
allow light through.
