After removing the burner you
will have full access to the
burner orifice which is located
inside the primary air box on
the bottom of the burner tray.
See Figure 41.

Remove the burner orifice
with a 7/16" deep socket and
replace it with the one that
came with the kit. Before
installing the new orifice, apply
a thread sealant to the new
orifice to ensure a proper seal
when installed.
9.
Using your hand pulll the pilot head straight up (Figure 42). . Caution
do not bend or pry against the two electrodes.
10.
Unscrew the pilot orifice and remove (Xmm Hex Key) Figure 43.
Replace with the LP Pilot Orifice provided with the kit, Figure 44
screwing it back in until snug.
11.
Install the pilot head by lining up the ports and then pressing down.
this may require a slight wiggling movemnet to seat. Make sure the
locking spring id in the correct location over top of the hex on the
pilot body Figure 45.
12.
Open the primary air inlet. Make final primary air adjustments after
the fireplace has been lit for about 15 minutes.
13.
Reinstall burner and its components, in reverse order.
