Pairing the Remote Control
- to the fireplace for the first time
To access the control Module, remove the protective screen from the unit and reach down between the
door front and the outer casing.
Press and release the “PRG” button located on the Control Module. The fireplace IFC module will “beep”
three (3) times to indicate that it is ready to pair with the Remote Control. Within 10 seconds, press
the “ON” button on the Remote Control handset. The fireplace IFC module will “beep” four (4) times to
indicate a good link. The system is now paired and ready to use.
NOTE: Pairing the controls is a one time requirement, and does not need to be repeated after changing
batteries or after a power outage.
