Troubleshooting:
When clicking on PTZ in Camera Setup, ensure the following:
Make sure the baud rates and parity are all the same on the converter, the
PTZ Camera and the Digital Recorder. Also that the Device ID’s are the
same on the Camera and the software. Make sure the correct protocol is
used also.
The system has a maximum recording speed of 25 images/sec globally. It is
possible to set the system for higher speeds, but it will not record more
than the maximum speed when averaged over all the cameras. The IDR
Series of digital recorders are optimized f or 640x240 Display and
recording resolution. If the units are running 640x480 recording
resolution, frames may be lost.
