Basic trampoline jump
Basic jump
1.
Start in a standing position, feet spread at shoulder width,
head up and eyes on the jumping mat.
2.
Swing arms forward and up, in a circular motion.
3.
Bring feet together while in the air and point toes downward.
4.
Keep feet apart at shoulder width when landing on the
jumping mat.
Knee drop
1.
Start with the basic jump and keep it at a low height.
2.
Land on your knees with back straight, body erect and
use your arms to maintain balance.
3.
Jump back up in the basic jump position by swinging
your arms up.
Seat drop
1.
Land on your backside.
2.
Place your hands on the mat at the side of your hips.
3.
Return to the upright position by pushing with your
hands.
Tummy drop
1.
Stand in a front bounce position.
2.
Land with your belly button landing where your feet
started (face down).
3.
Keep hands and arms extended out on the mat.
4.
Push off from the matt using your arms to return to the
standing position.
180° jump
1.
Start in a front bounce position for doing a tummy drop.
2.
Push off using either right or left arm (depending on
which way you want to turn).
3.
Keep your head and shoulder in the same direction and
keep your back parallel to the mat, with your head up.
4.
Land in a prone position and return to a standing
position by pushing up with hands and arms.
