INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE GAS KETTLE BARBECUE
1. Place the funnel in the required position (standard or volcano position).
CAUTION:
Wear heat-resistant gloves if you want to change the funnel position while grilling.
NOTE:
When grilling and cooking in volcano position at the
setting, leave the lid open. The lid can only be kept closed
at the –
setting when grilling in volcano position.
2. Select the appropriate accessories, if required.
3. Preheat the barbecue with the lid closed for about 10–15 minutes at the
setting.
4. Place the food to be grilled on the barbecue grid and freely control the temperature between –
according to your requirements.
5. After grilling, always set the gas regulating knob to the position. Then close the gas supply at the gas bottle. The bottle tap must be
closed even on empty bottles.

CAUTION:
The hot fat collected in the drip pan can cause burn injuries. Allow the fat to cool completely before removing the drip pan.
7. After grilling, allow the barbecue to cool down completely before relocating, moving or cleaning it.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE SIDE COOKING PLATE
(APPLICABLE ONLY FOR MODELS WITH SIDE COOKING PLATE)
1. Before using the side cooking plate, place the provided pot/pan support on top of it.
2. Select the appropriate accessory or the pan and place it on the pot/pan support. When using the OUTDOOR
CHEF
BBQ WOK
(available separately as an accessory), please use the WOK holder supplied.
3. Freely control the temperature as required between –

4. Allow the accessory or pan to heat up before adding the food and cooking it.

THE POT/PAN SUPPORT
USAGE
Always put on barbecue gloves before touching the pot/pan support when it is in use on the barbecue. Never place a hot pot/pan support on
a flammable or heat-sensitive surface.
CLEANING
The pot/pan support can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
