B. Cleaning The Appliance

Disconnect appliance from gas and power
supply.

Clear out obstructions with compressed air.
4.
Test the GFCI outlet for proper operation.
a.
With the appliance connected to power, turn
the fan control switch the ON position.
b.
Press the TEST button of the GFCI outlet inside
the appliance (

). The fan should turn
off.
c.
Press the RESET button of the GFCI outlet and
the fan should turn back on (

).
d.
If GFCI outlet fails to operate in this manner,
replace the GFCI outlet with the
manufacturer’s suggested outlet.

Wipe decorative heat exchanger tubes with a
soft, damp cotton or microfiber cloth.

Remove glass media and clean in basin of
water mixed with dish soap. Allow to dry on a
towel.

Use compressed air to remove any debris
from the burner surface and stucco base
