Operating instructions
•
Place the user in an upright, 90° seated position (if physiologically possible).
•
Ensure that the back is up against the back support pad (if physiologically possible).
Possible errors
•
The user does not sit upright in the seat.
•
If the positioning belt is too loose, the user can shift/slide out to the front.
•
During the installation/adjustment, the positioning belt is routed over parts of the seating system (e.g. over arm
supports or seat pads). This causes the lap belt to lose its retaining function.

The five-point belt is complete if the following parts are on hand:
2x shoulder pads (item 1), 2x shoulder belts (item 2), 1x lap belt section (item 3), 1x centre fixation (item 4), 1x
attachment buckle (item 5), 2x M5x40 screws (item 6), 2x spacers (item 6), 2x washers (item 6)

Removing the lap belt
1) Unthread the buckle from the belt (see fig. 23).
2) Pull the lap belt out of the back support upholstery.
Attaching the five-point belt in the pelvic region
1) Remove the M5x35 oval head screw (see fig. 24, item 1).
2) Attach the pelvic brackets of the five-point belt with the included M5x40 screws, washers and spacers.

Attaching the five-point belt in the shoulder region
1) Thread the shoulder pads onto the shoulder belts (see fig. 25).
2) Hold the buckle (see fig. 26) and thread it through the back slit (see fig. 27, item 1). Use the upper 3 back slits
(see fig. 27, item 3).
3) Put the belt flaps of the shoulder pads respectively through the back slit below (see fig. 27, item 2).
4) Fasten the shoulder belts on both sides behind the back support (see fig. 28).
