‑ Check from the ground that the controls smoothly activate the machine.
‑ For the correct functioning of controls, refer to the relating paragraph.

Check that all safety devices function as stated in this manual.

PROBLEMS CAUSES SOLUTIONS
At the end of the job it is not
possible to de‑stabilise the
equipment • The aerial part has not been
put perfectly into the rest
position
• The photocells are
faulty/incorrect
• Repeat the procedure for
putting the aerial part of the
machine to rest and check
the correct signal from the
photocells
During use of the aerial part
vibrations and unsteadiness
in the extension manoeuvre
and work arm retraction
speed are detected • Telescopic arm and slide
blocks are sparsely lubricated
• Slide blocks worn
• Lubricate arm and slide
blocks
• Adjust slide blocks
The work platform does not
remain level during move‑
ment of the arm • Air in the levelling system
• The balancing valve on the
levelling plant is faulty
or is not calibrated
• Bleed the air from the
work platform levelling
system (consult our technical
after‑sales service)

The movement of the first
