For photographs in poor lighting conditions, such as in the evening or at night, you
should extend the exposure time and, if you wish to eliminate camera shake, use
a tripod.
USING THE SELF-TIMER (Fig. 12)
0
1. Select your picture with the camera set up on a stable base.
0
2. Press the "Mode" button until the appropriate symbol appears on the liquid crystal
display. Press the shutter release button. The self-timer LCD on the front of the camera
will then flash for about 7 seconds. Then the liquid crystal display lights up for approx.
2 seconds to show that the exposure is just about to be made. Thus after a total of 10
seconds the shutter is released.
0
·
The self-timer can be repeated by pressing the shutter release button again or
cancelled by switching off the power.
AUTOMATIC FILM REWIND
0
1. The film is rewound automatically when the end of the film is reached. During
rewinding of the film, lens moves back into the camera.
0
2. Rewinding stops automatically once the film has been fully rewound and the liquid
crystal display shows a flashing "0". Always check that the "0" is flashing before you
open the camera back. Open the camera back cover and take out the film.
0
·
If the film has exceeded the standard number of exposures, this can be because of
double exposure on the last picture.
0
·
If the display does not show "0" after rewinding, then operate the rewind button
manually.
REWINDING IN MID-FILM (Fig. 13)
The film can also be rewound before the end of the film is reached. To rewind the film
use the projecting part of a paper clip (or a pencil point) to press the button for
rewinding in mid-film (near the power button).
