MULTIPLE CHANNEL OPTIONS 

Genie® HT uses two different channels 
depending on the profile being run.  

These buttons allow either the first or 
second channel to be selected. The graphs 
will update by pressing the relevant button 
on the ‘Amplification’ and ‘Anneal’ pages. 

 

SELECTION OF GRAPHS 

Pressing the well name on either the 
‘Amplification’ or the ‘Anneal’ page cycles 
the state of the related curve on the graph 
between normal, highlighted and off. 

 

 

RESULTS 

This shows the results of the experiment. 
Each sample name is shown as well as 
amplification time and annealing 
temperature and any result that has been 
defined using the result calling.
