Troubleshooting
Problem
Symptom
Remedy
Power
No Power LED
Check the connection of power cord to the ODM1818 and
AC power outlet and that make sure that power switch is
in the ON.
Output
No Output present
Check the Input Output DVI cables are firmly connected to
each port of ODM1818 and double check the Input Output
connection configuration you want.
The display is not capable of handling graphic resolution.
Check the compatibility of EDID in the EEPROM and
attached displays.
When a single Input is routed to multiple outputs, lower
resolution EDID should be selected.
EX> Input 1
Output 1 (UXGA) & Output 2(SXGA)
If EEPROM 1 store the display 1 EDID (UXGA), the
display 2 (SXGA) will not work due to resolution limit.
The source has stopped sending a graphic signal.
Check that Input source status by connecting it to availa-
ble monitor without the ODM1818.
