Safety Output

31 Safety outputs 1 & 2 are
shorted together Check and correct wiring of safety
outputs 1 and 2.
32 Safety output 1 shorted to
power Check and correct wiring of safety
output 1.
33 Safety output 2 shorted to
power Check and correct wiring of safety
output 2.
