Start printing
The Omni500 LITE printer can be managed
manually (directly at the printer) or remotely
using Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Before each printout, make sure that
:
•
The platform is leveled
•
The glass surface of the platform is firm and does not move
•
An adhesive for 3D printing has been applied to the surface of the platform
•
A spool of filament that will be used in a given printing process is set on the filament holder
•
The amount of filament on the hanger is sufficient to print for the planned print
•
Filament is well fed into the extruder
•
There are no unnecessary items in the workspace
Before printing, apply the adhesive:
•
Dimafix adhesive is recommended for the following materials: ABS, ASA, HIPS, PETG, PLA, TPU.
•
The PVP based adhesive is recommended for polyamide materials such as CF-PA-12. Polyamide
materials are incompatible with Dimafix.
