Emergency measures
In case of an immediate need, an error or another failure, it is necessary to:
1.
Stop the machine by pressing the emergency stop button;
2.
Secure the danger zone so that nobody can enter or encroach it unwittingly;
3.
Immediately alarm relevant personnel;
4.
In case of fire, follow the rules given under fire protection regulations;
5.
Withdraw the machine from operation and provide it with distinct markings in the form of infor-mation
boards. Have the machine secured to prevent starting it when the machine is non-op-erational,
damaged or being repaired;
6.
If the machine has experienced a failure that poses a hazard to the surroundings, apply comprehensible
and visible warning and alarm signalling;
7.

8.
Report each accident at work to your superior.

Decommissioning and disposal
Disconnect the machine from its supply and have it secured to prevent starting up. Place unambig-uous
information on deco
mm
issioning and forbidden use on the machine. Dispose of the machine in
accordance with the legal regulations in force.

Personal protective equipment
1.
Wear safety goggles
–
there is a risk of rapid uncontrolled cracking of the glass surface of the
working platform;
2.
Wear protective gloves
–
high temperature of the working platform, extruder modules and elevated
temperature inside the working chamber.
