AUTOMATIC CYCLE STOP
While operating the press with the feeder, it is possible to stop the automatic cycle in a controlled manner. To
do this, it is necessary to recall the “LINE GENERAL PAGE” on the screen of the INDUSTRIAL PC located on
the hanging push-button board of the OPI 315 press and use the “AUTOMATIC CYCLE STOP” filed relevant to
the section consisting of the OPI 315 press and the relevant automatic feeder.
When carrying out this operation, which we recommend to perform each time the machine is normally stopped,
the slide and cushion of the press will stop at T.D.C. ready for a new cycle start command.
If an emergency condition arises, press one of the red mushroom buttons on the control console.
