(d) Load Images : Same function as “ Load Image “ button in 4).
(e) Save Color BF Image : Color images are saved as tif files. Select the folder
for saving the images. The color bar is not saved.
(f) Exit : LSI is exited.
(2) Tools
(a) Color Bar : Two color bars of “ Standard “ and “ Enhanced “ are available.
The blue and red is enhanced in “ Enhanced “.
(b) Over MAX : Colors of white or red can be selected for the blood flow value
over the blood flow value set by “ MAX “ in 5).
(c) Under MIN : Colors of blue or gray can be selected for the blood flow value
under the blood flow value set by “ MIN “ in 5).
(d) Coefficient : Selection of the coefficient for lens. When the lens is changed,
or the iris is changed, blood flow value changes. To show the same blood
flow value these coefficients are set for different lenses.
Lenses have different coefficients and showed on the lenses themselves.
It is not possible to change the coefficients during measurement.
(e) Camera Select : Selection of camera. This is not needed when the initial
camera is used. It is needed when two cameras are used, or a new camera
is used.
18) Rotation function
This button can turn the image by 90 degrees clockwise. The original image
size is 639 – 480, and the image will be 480 – 480 at 90 degrees and 270
degrees. The saved image will be the rotated image at the turned angle.
19) Lens coefficient and the distance of the laser unit
Each lens has each characteristic, and it is needed to select the coefficient for
the lens. Also, blood flow value changes a bit due to the distance between the
laser unit and the tissue under study. Input the distance in cm to compensate the
blood flow value in Laser Distance frame.
(1) Lens Coefficient
Select from A, B and C.
The coefficient is indicated on a lens.
(2) Laser Distance
Input numerical value in cm.
