Troubleshooting
Should you experience difficulty when operating your Bili-Lite, consult the
following table. For problems not listed in the table, contact Olympic Medical
(see page 4-2).

Plug the power cord into a functioning
hospital-grade electrical outlet.
Check the external circuit breakers.
Blown fuse
Replace the fuse (see page 6-2).
Damaged power switch
Check the power switch; replace the
switch if necessary (see page 6-3).
Loose connection or break
in wiring
Check the wiring (see page 6-6).
Power on
Bulb not lit
Fan runs
Damaged starter
Replace the starter (see page 6-11).
Burned out bulb
Replace the bulbs (see page 5-2).
Damaged bulb holder
Replace the bulb holder (see page 6-8).
Loose connection or break
in wiring
Check the wiring (see page 6-6).
Damaged ballast
Replace the ballast (see page 6-12).
Power on
Bulbs light
Fan doesn’t run
Blocked or jammed fan
Inspect the blades and verify the fan
turns freely.
