4. Remove the jammed paper by pulling it in the direction of
the arrow shown in the illustration. Be careful not to tear the
jammed paper.
* If the paper jam occurred during Duplex copying or Duplex
fax reception, proceed to step 5.

5. Pull the Duplex unit and the cassette out towards you.
Remove the jammed paper without tearing it.
* Hold the cassette with both hands when drawing it out.

6. Replace the Duplex unit and the cassette in their original
positions.

7. Reinsert the imaging unit into its original position in the
facsimile.

8. Gently close the facsimile.

1. Pull the paper cassette out towards you.
* Hold the cassette with both hands when drawing it out.

2. Remove all paper from the cassette.
3. Stack the paper together so that the edges of all sheets are
aligned neatly.
Print out is accomplished on the wrong size paper
When a message like the one below is displayed, the size of paper
loaded in the paper cassette is different from the paper size setting,
paper was fed into the facsimile at a skewed angle, or two or more
overlapping pieces of paper were fed into the fax.
