If you use a 80 mm roll after having used rolls of sizes 57.5 mm or 60 mm on the printer, it is no
longer possible to guarantee that a good quality of printing can be achieved. This is because,
when printing, the contrast obtained from the part of the head not used by the smaller rolls,
may be uneven.
4. Close the cover of the central unit module (paper compartment).

5. Power on the cash register as described in the section " TURNING ON THE CASH REGISTER " on page
2-6.
Turning on the cash register
1. Ensure that the power unit is connected to the cash register and to a power outlet.
The power cord must be connected to the DC-IN socket at the bottom of the cash
register with the flat part of the connector facing downwards. Note that attempting to
force insertion of the connector incorrectly oriented may result in it being damaged. The
connector is of bayonet type.
To remove the connector, turn the ring nut on the connector and pull it back to release
the connector.
Do not pull on the cable.
