machine motion and operation to help you clear faults and reply to your inquiry in detail. If
your robot or equipment fails during use, you can contact our service department and
provide as much information as possible:
Model and serial number of the robot (nameplate on the back of the robot
base)
Model and serial number of the control system (call the production
department for check according to serial number)
Control system version (send “System.Info Version, 1” via ARM and
macro language interface for check)
Supporting software feature pack (optional)
Existing application(s)
Other additional supporting products (vision, PLC, etc.)
Problem description, duration and frequency of faults, etc.
