Normal operation
Daily status The printer is in the off-line mode. Normal operation
Daily status The data remains unprinted in the buffer.
Data On: The printer is in the on-line mode.
Data Flash:
The printer is receiving the
data or performing the output processing.
In the off-line
mode, the data is
printed by
pressing the
FORM FEED
button.
Daily status The printer is printing. Normal operation
Daily status The printer enters into this mode when the idle
state continues for the period of time specified in
the Power Save menu option. Normal operation
Daily status Toner is running out
This message is displayed in combination with
other message indicated in the first line. Normal
operation such as stop/continuation of printing
can be continued.
If LOW TONER = OFF is selected in the menu,
the LED ATTENTION flashes. Replace the toner
cartridge.
