This network card recommends the use of the following browsers:
• Netscape Navigator Ver. 2.0 and higher
• Microsoft Internet Explorer Ver. 3.0 and higher
To change the setting, connect to the IP address of this network card with
Web browser, enter a set value, and click “Submit” button.
Then you are asked to give User Name and Password. Enter the follow-
ing:
User Name
root
Password
The last six numerical characters of MAC address of this
network card
For the MAC address, refer to the “Network Connection” page or the
menu print.
For example, enter “04106C” when the MAC Address is 00:80:87:04:10:6C.
When you succeed in changing, the message “OKI Private MIB is up-
dated correctly!!” is displayed.
It will take about 40 seconds after the message is displayed till the
change(s) is completed. To confirm the settings after you make the
change(s), wait at least 40 seconds, then read the settings on Web.
If you fail, the message “OKI Private MIB isn’t updated correctly!!” is dis-
played.
Check if the set value is correct.
If you wish to connect to Oki Companies or Online Publications, make a
selection from “Information” column at the bottom of “Printer Status” win-
dow and jump.
