Alternate periods of operation with breaks of at least 10 minutes.
Useful tips for preparing “sausages”
- To prevent the skin from “bursting,” try not to make the sausages too big.
- The work will be easier if done in two (one person introduces the meat into the
appliance while the other holds the skin).
- When all of the meat has been used, turn off the food processor, unplug it from its
power outlet and remove any parts remaining inside.
- To make sausages of the desired length, tighten and twist the skin in the appropriate
places.
How to prepare “KIBBE”
FILLING
Ingredients: - 100g of mutton
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped (or ground) onion
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- add spices to taste
- salt to taste
PREPARATION OF THE FILLING
- Prepare the appliance as “MEAT GRINDER”
- Grind the meat once or twice depending on the degree of grinding desired.
- Sauté the onion until it turns brown, then add the ground meat, spices, salt and
flour and stir to mix everything together.
- Remove from heat and let cool.

Ingredients: - 450g of lean meat
- 150/200g of flour
- 1 nutmeg, finely chopped or ground
- add spices to taste
- chili powder to taste
- pepper to taste
