CHAPTER 5 PARTS LISTS & DIAGRAMS
This section of the manual contains exploded views for the Traveler scales. The exploded view
drawings are designed to identify the parts which can be serviced on the balance in the field.
There are many Traveler models that have the same parts. There are four diagrams that cover
the full range of models, as follows:
1. Section 5.1: Traveler Scales with Square Draft Shield
2. Section 5.2: Traveler Scales with Dome-shaped Draft Shield
3. Section 5.3: Traveler Scales with No Draft Shield
NOTE:
In all cases where a part is replaced, the balance must be thoroughly checked
after the replacement is made. The balance
MUST meet the parameters of all
applicable specifications in this manual.
